 Returns and Refunds Policy

At Aura360™, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve got you covered.

We accept returns within 60 days of purchase, as long as the product is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition with all packaging intact. Unfortunately, used items, sale products, and items returned after 60 days are not eligible for refunds. Please check the product page for any additional return conditions specific to your item.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@360motion.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect product, reach out to us immediately at support@ 360motion.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
